Why x2x Dynamics 365 – Shopify Integration Suite

x2x Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Shopify integration enables you to drive your Shopify eCommerce site with the power of Dynamics 365 BC ERP data. You can easily upload the inventory items in Shopify from Dynamics 365 BC!

#1. x2x Dynamics 365 Business Central – Shopify integration enables you to drive your Shopify eCommerce site powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central data.

#2. You can create items in Business Central which aren’t present in BC but included in an order downloaded from Shopify.

#3. Download orders from Shopify in Business Central as you have an option to download all orders received in Shopify and fulfill them in BC. It also works vice-versa.

#4. You can assign a Guest Customer for creating orders in Business Central. All Bill and Shipping information can be created for a real customer. Also, opt to auto-create customers from the Shopify order.

#5. Activities performed by this integration suite are logged in the Activity log. You will be able to generate reports based on the date ranges inorder to gain more control over the order download process.

Download Shopify Orders

#1. The Assigned item window allows users to include (or exclude) items on which lot number tracking is required.

#2. You can select the items where lot tracking is required. System will only prompt for lot numbers for the items with the lot tracking enabled.

#3. Multiple criteria can be used to filter the items. Clicking on the include button will add all the items selected in the lot enabled window.

#4. More items can be included by selecting different criteria. The items selected will be appended to the list of items already selected for lot tracking, previously.

#5. Filter can also be used to exclude items wrongly selected for lot number tracking.

#6. Use the filter on the left hand side window to select the items using your criteria. Use the same process to select the items on the right-hand window and click on the Red arrow to exclude the items from the list

Upload items to Shopify

Usually, the lot number is not available till the item is being shipped. As such, when a sales order or quote is entered in RMS/RMH, the system will not ask for a lot number.

It is also possible that a mistake was made and a wrong lot number was entered at some point. x2x lot number solution allows users to change the lot numbers or assign the lot numbers where the lot numbers were not assigned for example when shipping an order entered when the lot number was not assigned to the sale.

If the user still forgets to enter the lot number, system will activate lot number assignment screen and require the user to enter lot number at the time of tendering the sales.

Creating Customers

#1. You can create B2C Shopify customers in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).

#2. This is an optional feature which can be turned on if required.

#3. Generally, most of the organizations do not want to create a new customer for every person who place an order on their site.

#4. The option of creating customer can be turned on in which case every new customer can be created in Business Central from the Shopify orders
